A Bill Gates subsidiary is joining with a branch of Toshiba to push a new breed of small nuclear reactors. It' sad that when our idiotic leaders finally cave in to the inevitability of a nuclear energy future, it will be Japanese technology that is to be employed. Still it's very gratifying to see Gates' money going to something positive and useful, and very very needed.
Note to Toshiba: Don't you dare let anyone around Gates design the software for the reactors.
